Questions from the Yard
Everything you need before you raise a paddle on the iron. Still stuck? The buyer desk picks up seven days a week.
Do I need an account to browse the yard?
No — anyone can browse and search every live and upcoming unit for free. You only need a free account to place a bid, watch a lot, or send an offer.
How do I get cleared to bid?
Register with your email, add a phone, and pass a quick business/ID check. Most buyers are cleared and bidding within the hour.
How does live bidding work?
Set your maximum and our system bids for you in set increments up to that ceiling. You're alerted the moment you're outbid, so you can respond before the clock hits zero.
Can I bid from any state?
Yes — we clear buyers in all 48 contiguous states and book freight to your yard nationwide.
How are units inspected?
Every unit gets a hands-on 26-point walkaround — engine, hydraulics, undercarriage, tracks and tires — logged and photographed before it lists.
Are the hours verified?
Yes. Meter and hour readings are pulled straight from the machine's ECM, not the seller's word. What's posted is what we verified.
What if a unit isn't as described?
If the iron is materially misrepresented, we make it right — refund, credit or resolution. No runaround, no fine print.
What are the buyer fees?
A flat buyer's premium plus a documentation fee, both shown in the full cost breakdown on every lot before you bid — never a surprise at checkout.
When is payment due?
Full payment (hammer + premium + docs + freight) is due within 3 business days of winning. The unit is released once funds clear.
What if I don't win?
You owe nothing — no deposit, no fee, no obligation. Keep bidding on other iron immediately.
Do you arrange transport?
Yes — bonded, insured lowboy carriers deliver anywhere in the lower 48, tracked from our yard to yours.
How long does delivery take?
Most units ship within 5–10 business days of cleared payment, depending on distance and permits for oversized loads.
Can I pick it up myself?
Absolutely. Arrange your own flatbed or lowboy from the unit's listed location on a schedule that works for you.
